Garden City and Oceanside – November, 2022 – OCLI Vision is excited to welcome Lucy Sun, MD, to its growing team of eye care professionals at their very own locations. Dr. Lucy Sun is a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, Cornea, Laser Cataract & Refractive Cataract Surgeon. She will practice out of the Garden City and Oceanside clinic locations.
Dr. Sun is a graduate of medical school at Suny Downstate Medical Center (M.D., Clinical Neuroscience Pathway). She received her internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in internal medicine and her fellowship at Emory University. She completed her residency at Northwell Health (Zucker School of Medicine–Ophthalmology).
Dr. Sun received professional awards from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases Summer Research Program–Research Award and Strong Children’s Research Center Summer Training Program–Research Award.
