Peter Wong, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive eye and facial surgery. Dr. Wong received his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn, where he later completed his residency in ophthalmology. Dr. Wong then completed a fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive eye and facial plastic surgery at the Arizona Center for Eye Plastic Surgery. Dr. Wong is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, and New York State Ophthalmologic Society.
My experience was great. It was my first time having any type of eye procedure and the staff put me at ease immediately. Dr Peter Wong who removed my eye cyst was great. I didnt feel a thing.
Rockville Centre office I would say go to see Dr. Wong. Oceanside office I was not happy with at all

Nice place. Clean. Friendly staff . Crowded but not long of a wait. First time seeing Dr Wong. Very thorough. Explained everything in detail and gave me options. I liked him. I was referred by my opthamologist.

Doctor Wong & his staff were very nice & paid attention to what I had to say. This was my first visit & close to 2 hours drive but it was worth every minute! I will have to have surgery in July but I’m very confident that I have the best Doctor & staff so I am very calm about the surgery.
Dr. Wong was wonderful. He has an excellent bedside manner, does not rush you or make you feel bad for being nervous or asking questions. He was very reassuring and patient with me during a small surgical procedure on my eye. I was very nervous, and he and his staff went above and beyond to take care that I was comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
